Summary

Created a B2B logistics management system with complex data visualisation. I led user research workshops and my design thinking process used Copilot AI to compile actionable insights from the transcripts, followed by an ideation stage that used Lovable AI for complex data visualisation ideation UI design. Contract for Wong Doody design agency (the global experience and design unit for Infosys).
